The Customer Access Center provides customers access to information on general services and specific benefits by calling 614-233-2000. It also allows customers to access this information more efficiently and reduce the need for face-to-face meetings. The Customer Access Center provides the following services:

Co-Located Services

Veterans Services Commission

The Franklin County Veterans Service Commission is pleased to announce the opening of a satellite location.

A Veterans Benefit Specialists will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the exception of Tuesday's, which maybe limited at the Northland Opportunity Center to accept financial assistance applications and veteran's claims.

Appointments may also be scheduled, but on a case by case basis. You are encouraged to call prior to your planned visit.

Columbus Neighborhood Health Center at Great Southern

Drop off verification services are available at the Columbus Neighborhood Health Center at Great Southern for customers who previously utilized services at the South Opportunity Center.
