Dear Prospective Bidder:
The Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services (FCDJFS) is accepting proposals from qualified organizations to assist the agency with the provision of services and management of the major work activity requirements of the Ohio Works First Program. FCDJFS intends to award one contract under this RFP.
The FCDJFS will allocate TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funding for the time period of October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. FCDJFS will award a one year contract with the option to extend the contract for up to an additional 24 months. The specified deliverables detailed in the contract must be met in order to continue the contract beyond year one. The contract is contingent upon the availability of funding, mutual consent of the parties and the successful performance of the Contractor.

Due to the extent of information, copies of the RFP and any related documents will not be made available at the Bidders’ Conference – please bring your own copy.
The Franklin County procurement policy stipulates that FCDJFS staff is prohibited from communicating with individual bidders regarding the RFP between the date of the RFP’s release and the date of the application submission deadline.
