Customer Access Center
The Customer Access Center (CAC) provides customers access to information on general services and specific benefits by calling 614-233-2000. If you have inquiries concerning your Childcare, Medicaid, Food assistance or general status information, our Customer Access Center will be able to assist you. Utilizing the CAC to access to this information can limit your need for face to face interaction while addressing your inquiries in a timely manner. The CAC is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except County holidays

Medical Support Services & Medicaid Transportation
Medicaid Transportation is a service that is provided to all Medicaid eligible customers that reside in Franklin County that do not have transportation to and from medical appointments. All doctors offices and medical facilities must be a Medicaid provider. The Transportation Unit is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except County holidays).
Workforce Development Customer Access Line
The Workforce Development Customer Access Line provides customers access to information on Ohio Works First (OWF) Cash Assistance benefits and case inquires, OWF and ABAWD Work Activities requirements, and the new Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program. The Workforce Development Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except County holidays).

Please contact if you believe your Card or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your available funds without your permission. Customers needing to activate their new EPPICard should call the EPPICard Customer Service phone number or log onto www.EPPICard.com
Ohio EBT Card - Ohio Direction Card
Immediately call Customer Service if you believe your electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card, known as your Ohio Directon Card, has been lost, stolen, or damaged; if you think someone else might have learned your secret PIN; or if you believe there was an inaccurate transaction made to your account. You can also report issues online by logging onto www.ebt.acs-inc.com
